Who We Are

OPM Healthcare Staffing Inc. (OPM) was officially founded in January 2024, by Andrea Moman, MD.

The seed was planted for this business in 2015 following the Founder and President’s own challenging experience in finding a senior care facility for her father. His passing in 2021 was the catalyst that set this operation in motion. Our management team has the necessary background, networks, and experience to succeed in this business. By establishing our company headquarters in Jackson, MS, we will create job opportunities and increase traffic for local businesses.

Andrea Moman, MD

President and Founder

Andrea is currently an emergency room physician with over 25 years of medical expertise. She also has over 15 years of staffing experience from serving as emergency room medical director. As the majority owner of the company, she leverages her extensive relationships and business acumen to set the strategic direction for the organization.

Ashley Moman

Director of Human Resources

With a focus on client satisfaction, Ashley possesses over 10 years of experience in Admission, Enrollment, Account Management, Customer Success, and Client Engagement. Her formal education includes a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management.

Carol Williams, MSN, RN

Director of Nursing Services

Carol is a Master’s level prepared nurse with over 25 years of experience across several facets of nursing.  She has experience in inpatient hospital care, behavioral health, geriatrics (nursing home) and case management / utilization review.

Harold Moman II

Director of Operations

With a background in Project Management, Contract Administration, Wireless Telecommunications, and Retail Construction, he brings over 20 years of experience to the organization. Harold is known for being detail-oriented, reliable, highly organized, and adept at working in fast-paced environments.

Jessica Marshall

Administrative Assistant

Jessica brings 6 years of experience across customer relation roles and healthcare administration to the team. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and an aptitude for management and organizational operations, she brings a wealth of knowledge, excellent written/verbal communication skills, and dependability to the team.

Katrina Brunson

Sales Representative

Katrina Brunson is a national award-winning sales professional with over 20 years of B2B sales experience.  She is skilled at developing in-depth action plans for each of her client’s unique needs and committed to helping them choose the best solution.  Katrina has earned the trust of both local and national companies and maintained strong client relationships that continue to generate repeat business.  She attributes her success to her ability to listen to her customers and always put their needs first.

With a background in Sales, Business Development, and Contract Negotiations, Reggie brings over 10 years of experience to the business.  His formal education includes a Bachelor of Marketing degree and a Master of Business Administration degree.

Kerry has over 20 years of experience in the sales industry.  She has a background in recruiting, business development, interviewing, contract negotiation, and candidate assessment.  Kerry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
